What is a F.I.G.H.T. Camp?

This two days of intensive training camp is designed with three specific objectives in mind:

1) Bring existing FIGHT Instructors to an updated and current level of teaching of the FIGHT Curriculum as taught by me Today at the National HaganaH Headquarters. This is a perfect opportunity for any and all FIGHT Instructors who have been out of the loop to catch up to the leading group.

2) Give FIGHT Instructors Candidate a clear preview of the intensity level of training that they will encounter at the FIGHT Instructor Certification, in fact, any Candidate attending the F.I.G.H.T. Camp gets a credit toward the F.I.G.H.T. Certification and is exempt of the Combat Fitness Sunday morning “pass or fail” workout that happens on the very last day of the FIGHT Certification here at the National Headquarters. That exemption alone and the credit is worth attending this camp!

3) Give a chance to any F.I.G.H.T. Student or Practitioner to train at a leadership level directly with me right aside existing FIGHT Instructors and future FIGHT Instructors…

The first F.I.G.H.T. Camp is scheduled to take place at Stu’s Regional FIGHT Center in Philly on September 17th and 18th…….serious inquiries only!!! This is an Official NUCLEUS approved activity.

I am finalizing the initial HaganaH NUCLEUS group. 31 more people got approved…including one FIGHT Instructor in England.

I will list their names in the next few days, I have been busy painting the school lol

Also, now that I have the initial 64 when I list them in a few days , they will be in an hierarchy order…..so the 33 that I already listed , those numbers for some might be changed.

HaganaH Brothers from all over the country , NY/NJ/PA/MA/TX and off course FL, will be be gathering for a Badass day of training of Advance FIGHT Tactics and Combat Wrestling….

It has been a long time since I started my Brazilian Jiujitsu training in 1996 when Crolin Gracie lived for 6 months in south Florida.

15 years later I got promoted by my BJJ Instructor, Marcos Santos, to my Brown Belt. Marcos is a direct BJJ Black Belt under legendary Brazilian Jiujitsu Master Rigan Machado. The promotion took place at Sam De Jesus’s school in Rockaway NJ this Friday. After an intense training session that included a 45 minutes round of rolling non-stop, yes None Stop 45 minutes , against Marcos himself…at the end of the round my Purple Belt was no longer around my waist and Marcos said : Mike Lee , put your belt on! So I turned around to reach for my Purple Belt but I didn’t realized Marcos threw a Brown Belt on the mat ! I was so exhausted I wasn’t even sure what I was looking at !

I must thank a few people for getting here: first and foremost Crolin Gracie, my first BJJ Instructor who pointed me to the Machado brothers after completing my six months of training with him as a BJJ white belt. Second, Rigan Machado, who pointed me to Marcos Santos for being my direct BJJ Instructor. Third Johnny Guerrero , who spent time on the mat with me helping me. Fourth , Stan Beck, from Renzo Gracie Weston in Florida, for letting me be a student in his mat for an entire year so I could train and roll….and last, Jean Jacque Machado , for being my inspiration in BJJ!

It’s been a long road to get to my Brown Belt special shout out to Sam for letting Marcos and I use his school to train and roll, I hold this session close to my heart since I ended up being promoted to my Brown Belt during that session…
