Both John Clarke and I are very excited about this training day camp, since its the first one of its series we have decided to call it Genesis. The BOW training camps are designed to bring the HaganaH family ,  especially its leadership (Instructors) , together for one day of getting together, training hard , network and grow. For existing FIGHT Instructors outside of the National Headquarters this is a perfect opportunity to come down and refresh on training. For aspiring FIGHT Instructors candidates this will give you a taste of how it feels to train at the National Headquarters before attending your FIGHT Certification.

In each BOW training day camp you will train four 2 hours sessions, two with me and two with John Clarke. Sessions will run simultaneously on each mats, at the two hour mark a 15 minutes break will be issued and then we will rotate the two groups. So this will give you one HaganaH 2 hour session and one Combat Wrestling 2 hour session both in the morning and  in the afternoon after the lunch break. Thats a total of 8 hours of training !!! We made those BOW training camps very affordable, so there is no excuses for some Instructors who have been MIA in the last few years to not revive their training and connection to the HaganaH’s Lion Pride.

My two 2 hours sessions in this BOW training camp will be Gun Disarms, this will be an “A to Z ” gun disarm 4 hours….all FIGHT Gun Disarms will be covered as taught Today at the National Heardquarters and more advanced HaganaH ones will be covered as well! This will be  very tactical sessions…

John’s two 2 hours sessions in this BOW training camp will cover how to neutralize a superior striker with Combat Wrestling strategies, take him down and dominate him.  This will be very physical sessions…
