FULL house of candidates here at the National Headquarters going through a two long days of intensive training taught by Master Instructors James Cooper and Mike Lee Kanarek.
This certification is designed to educate and train the participants to teach and run a proper and safe Combat Fitness workout/class for their students/clients. This is a “Hands On” certification covering the first 3rd of the entire Combat Fitness curriculum…these candidates have been going through a LOT of drilling in the last day and a half, and the hardest part of the Certification is still ahead of them this afternoon!
Congratulations to all who are getting certified today! I can’t wait to be one of them when the time is right. Will keep training hard, Sir!
Sir, when training to do this, what are the fitness benchmarks expected for those who want to participate? How should we prepare?

Thank You Sir, Coop, and John. As Sir said at the begining -The Strengths of Combat fitness are the Curriculum, Wealth of the Source (James Cooper) and Family of peers. Having completed the coach’s certification – I agree 100%. Congratulations to all and I’ll see you again at the Instructor Level 1.
We have implemented the class and so far the response has been overwhelmingly positive, evryboby LOVES this program!!! The format is challenging and keeps everybody engaged, the running is a bitch for some, but SUB is what it is;) I added it to my R&D group training in the am. we now do 1 hr combat fitness then 30min high intensity F.I.G.H.T. training … the evening guys get 1 hr CF then 1hr F.I.G.H.T. back to back… it’s an awesome evening! and everybody leaves gassed;)
Stu…
the more the guys leave gassed at night , the better and better they will get!!!
